The practice is primarily engaged in representing and counseling foreign clients engaging or establishing business and commercial relationships in the United States. Areas of practice include corporate, immigration and business and commercial law.
•    In-house Counsel, Sunbelt Management Company, Delray Beach, Florida
•    Project Manager and counsel in family real estate business.  Responsible for the development and management of commercial real estate projects in the Miami area, as well as condominium and housing projects in the Republic of Panama.
