? What is your office billing procedure?

! Invoices on matters billed on an hourly basis are mailed out each month, showing time spent and expenses. Depending on the fee arrangement, funds being held in trust are applied to the outstanding balance.

Matters billed on a flat fee basis are billed once, generally with 50% of the fee paid at the time of commencement and the balance paid at or prior to the time of conclusion.

Particular inquiries or fee arrangements should be discussed with the responsible attorney.

Costs (mail, long distance telephone and fax) are charged at a flat fee of 2% of the fee amount. Outside services (Federal Express, translations, etc.,) are billed at cost.

? Will I be charged for the first hour of consultation?

! In Immigration matters, which are charged on a flat fee basis, the initial consultation is included in the flat fee, should you retain our firm's services. Should you choose not to retain our services, the first hour will be charged at the responsible attorney's regular hourly rate.
The initial consultation for matters billed on a regular hourly basis will be charged at the attorney's regular hourly rate.

? Do you provide property management services?

! Yes, to a limited extent. Property Management services for invoice payment are billed at an hourly rate of $85.00.

?During which holidays is your office closed, and what are your regular office hours?

! Our regular office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
